Matt Harrold is sure Mark McGhee has Bristol Rovers on the right track.
The former Millwall and Wolverhampton Wanderers boss was appointed as the Pirates manager back in January, following the dismissal of Paul Buckle.
And as Rovers limp to a mid-table finish in League Two, Harrold insists McGhee has made a positive impact on him and the rest of the first team squad.
"All managers have their own different styles but I think we've definitely been playing the ball out from the back a lot more under him," said the 27-year-old.
"It's taken some time for us to adapt but I think we're seeing the benefits now and we're getting the results we should have been getting at the start of the season.”
