Marek Hamsik will not be joining Manchester City anytime soon.

As Roberto Mancini again looks to fine-tune his Blues options ahead of next season, he has been heavily linked with a move for the Slovakian international midfielder.

However, Hamsik signed a new long-term deal with Napoli earlier this season, and the 24-year-old has revealed he has no plans to turn his back on this deal.

"I love the Napoli shirt,” he told Sky Sport Italia. "I've always said, I signed a contract for another five years and I am very happy. I want to keep playing here."
