Liverpool Football Club are interested in signing Raffael.

Kenny Dalglish spent heavily on his midfield during the window last summer, but he recognises his side are still short of a creative spark.

According to reports in Germany, the Scottish coach has set his sights on a deal for Raffael, who is currently plying his trade for Hertha Berlin.

The 27-year-old Brazilian has scored five goals and assisted nine in 28 league games this season, and his signature would cost the Reds around £7million.
