Di Canio staying at Swindon Town
06:00 PM 25 April, 2012
Jeremy Wray insists Paolo Di Canio is staying at Swindon Town Football Club.

The Italian has led the Robins out of League Two and up the Football League ladder at the first attempt, marking him out as a coach with a bright future.

Such success has seen Di Canio named as a possible target for bigger clubs in the summer, but Wray insists the former West Ham United ace is staying put.

"The truth is he is planning for next season and we've already discussed one or two players he feels like he could bring in,” the chairman told BBC Wiltshire.

"As it stands we're thrilled we've got half the job done and the plan is very much go again next season. A lot of that happens now.”
