Alex Song’s agent has played down reports his client could be set for Internazionale.

The Italian giants are said to be interested in signing the Cameroon international, who has enjoyed an impressive season for Arsenal.

However, the agent of Song has played down reports a move to the San Siro is in the offing, insisting Inter have made no contact for the 24-year-old midfielder.

"I don't know anything about these rumours but I can assure you that I've never had contact with Inter or with the Inter leaders," Christophe Mongai told interlive.it.
