Tottenham Hotspur Football Club are eager to lure Salomon Kalou.

The Ivory Coast international will become a free agent at the end of the current season, when his contract at Chelsea will come to a close.

Kalou has indicated he would be happy to remain at Stamford Bridge, but much will depend on who Roman Abramovich chooses as team manager in the summer.

In the meantime, Harry Redknapp hopes to persuade the 26-year-old to switch London and head to White Hart Lane, where the forward would have a better chance of regular action.
