Manchester City Football Club are being tipped to win the race for Eden Hazard.

The Belgian international is regarded as one of the best talents in world football, and he is expected to leave Lille and French football at the end of the season.

Hazard admits he fancies testing his quality in the Premier League, where he has in the past been linked with Arsenal, Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur.

However, reports in France claim it is mega-rich City who are favourites to sign the 21-year-old playmaker, who is likely to be sold for a fee of around £25million.
