Middlesbrough Football Club will fight to keep hold of Bryn Morris.

The 16-year-old is the captain of the England Under-16 side, and he is rated as one of the best talents to have emerged in this country for many a year.

A number of Premier League clubs, including Liverpool and Manchester United, are said to be keen on the teenager, who can play in defence or midfield.

However, Boro are determined to keep Morris at the Riverside Stadium for as long as possible, and plan to persuade him to remain on Teesside.
