Terry urges Chelsea to deal in Drogba
John Terry hopes Chelsea Football Club offer Didier Drogba a new contract.
The Ivory Coast international has been at Stamford Bridge since the summer of 2004, during which time he has established himself as one of the best forwards in the world.
Now 34, Drogba, who scored as the Blues won the FA Cup on Saturday, is out of contract in the summer, but Terry has urged the board to table a fresh deal.
"It will be such a shame because he's been incredible for this club," said the defender. "Did loves the club. We've got a massive Champions League game in a couple of weeks and, after that, hopefully something can be thrashed out and he stays."
