The Belgian international is regarded as one of the best talents in world football, and he seems certain to leave Lille when the transfer window reopens.
Both City and United, one of whom will be crowned champions on Sunday afternoon, are keen on the playmaker, who is keeping his cards close to his chest.
When asked if he can prefers the blue of City of the red of United, Hazard, 21, told Canal+: "I like both. They're both nice colours. I think they both suit me."
