David Bentley has played down speculation linking him with a move to Real Madrid.

Juande Ramos has been linked with a return to Tottenham Hotspur to snap up the player he signed from Blackburn Rovers in the summer for a fee of £15million.

However, Bentley has played down speculation of a move to the Bernabeu, insisting he knows nothing of the link and his concentration remains on White Hart Lane.

“I don’t know anything about it,” the England international midfielder told Setanta Sports. “I am a Tottenham Hotspur player and I hadn’t seen anything about it.”
