Hughes: No more struggles at QPR
04:30 PM 14 May, 2012
Mark Hughes insists Queens Park Rangers will not be struggling again next season.

Despite a last-gasp 3-2 defeat at Manchester City on the final day of the season, QPR remain in the Premier League after Bolton Wanderers were held at Stoke City.

Hughes, who replaced Neil Warnock as manager earlier this season, insists his side will not be struggling again next season, when he expects a marked improvement.

"I am just delighted we are still in the Premier League,” he told Sky Sports. "From my point of view there's no way we will ever be in this situation again while I am manager of QPR.

“I have good people around me, got great support from the owner and CEO and this club is going to be a lot stronger in the future.”
