Roberto Mancini insists Mario Balotelli is staying at Manchester City Football Club.

The controversial Italian striker has been linked with a return to his homeland, where former club Internazionale and also Milan are said to be interested.

Mancini hinted he could sell the 21-year-old when the window reopens following his red card at Arsenal last month, but he now appears to have changed his mind.

"Mario is clear and I reiterate: Balotelli will remain in Manchester at 101 per cent," he told La Gazzetta dello Sport. "He has only to turn on his brain. It's his only problem.”
