Queens Park Rangers Football Club hope to lure Robert Green this summer.

The England international, who has been named on Roy Hodgson’s squad for Euro 2012, is due to become a free agent when his West Ham United contract expires next month.

After securing an instant return to the Premier League by beating Blackpool in the playoff final on Saturday, the Hammers hopes to persuade the 32-year-old to sign a new deal.

However, Green has other options, the latest of which appears to be a move to Loftus Road, with Mark Hughes prepared to make him QPR’s new number one next term.
