West Ham United Football Club are lining up a bid for Matt Jarvis.

The player is one of several who are expected to quit Wolverhampton Wanderers this summer, following their relegation from the Premier League.

Jarvis has already been linked with a number of clubs, including Everton and Italian side Udinese, and now it appears as though West Ham are keen.

Having led the Hammers back into the top-flight Sam Allardyce is eager to bolster his squad, and he is prepared to pay £5million for the 25-year-old winger.
