Fulham Football Club are set to launch a bid for Jordan Rhodes.

The 22-year-old is regarded as one of the hottest talents outside of the Premier League, due to his goalscoring exploits with Huddersfield Town.

Although he played a key role in helping the Terriers clinch promotion to League One, Rhodes is still being tipped to move on this summer.

And it is believed Fulham are in pole position to sign the striker, with Martin Jol set to make a £5million bid for his signature during the window.
