Liverpool Football Club have been linked with a stunning bid for Marouane Fellaini.

The Belgian international has been a big success in the Premier League, following his £15million move from Standard Liege to Everton in 2008.

Fellaini is under contract at Goodison Park until the summer of 2016, but he has often spoken of his desire to be playing in European competition.

This is something Brendan Rodgers could offer the 24-year-old at Anfield, with the Reds competing in the UEFA Europa League next season.

It is believed the Northern Irishman is plotting an ambitious bid for the midfielder, but it would be a huge surprise if the Toffees agreed to such a deal.
