Lloris next on Tottenham Hotspur list
Hugo Lloris is the next target for Tottenham Hotspur Football Club.
It looks as though Harry Redknapp is about to conclude his first piece of business this summer, with Jan Vertonghen set to join from Ajax in a £10million deal.
The Spurs boss appears to be keen to bolster his rearguard further ahead of next season, with reports suggesting France international Lloris is next on his agenda.
The goalkeeper is seen by Redknapp as the ideal successor to Brad Friedel, 41, and Lyon could be willing to let the 25-year-old leave for the right price.
"I met him before he left for the French team. He told me if there is a proposition from a great European club, he could be tempted to go," chairman Jean-Michel Aulas told L’Equipe.
Lloris is widely regarded as one of the best shot-stoppers in European football, but with his contract set to run until 2015, he could cost Spurs as much as £15million.
