Cheick Tiote is the next man on Chelsea Football Club’s wanted list.

Despite winning the UEFA Champions League last season, the Blues are expected to make big changes to their squad this summer and have already signed Eden Hazard and Marko Marin.

Roman Abramovich is now thought to have turned his attention to Tiote, who has enjoyed two hugely impressive seasons since arriving in the Premier League in 2010.

Newcastle United would be reluctant to let the 25-year-old leave, but they would find it difficult to reject an offer in the region of £20million for the combative midfielder.
