Ramires has revealed he would be interested in a return to Cruzeiro.

The midfielder spent two years in his homeland at the Brazilian club, before moving to Europe when he clinched a move to Benfica in 2009.

Ramires has spent the past couple of seasons impressing at Chelsea, but he has stunned the European champions by revealing he would be keen on a return to Cruzeiro.

"If Cruzeiro are interested, it's possible for me to go back," the 25-year-old told Sport TV. "Although it's not a decision I can make and difficult because my price is very high.

“If Cruzeiro could raise the money, I would go back for sure. I still follow their matches on the internet. The fans were always good to me and named me 'Ramires the Warrior'."
