Paul Hartley admits he would love to return to Hearts as manager.
The Jambos are looking for a new boss following the departure of Paulo Sergio, who quit the club last week over a row in regards to his contract.
Hartley, who had four years at Hearts as a player, is currently in charge of Alloa Athletic, bt he admits he would be interested in returning to Tynecastle.
“It’s flattering to be linked with a job as huge as the Hearts one,” he told Mail Sport. “I spent some happy years with the club and they will always remain dear to me.
“But any talk just now is speculation. If Hearts want to speak to me about a role at the club I’d be delighted. For now though I am concentrating on Alloa.”
