Scott Dann is wanted by Southampton Football Club.

The defender left Birmingham City for Blackburn Rovers last summer, but he was unable to help the Lancashire side avoid relegation from the Premier League.

Dann is now being tipped to leave Ewood Park for another crack at the top-flight, and it is believed Nigel Adkins has made him a top target for St Mary’s.

The Saints manager is eager to see his side achieved a comfortable finish next term, and he is set to offer as much as £5million for the 25-yearo-ld Rovers star.
