Mido will complete his move to Barnsley Football Club on Monday.

The much-travelled Egyptian has experience of life in England, having played for Tottenham Hotspur, Middlesbrough and Wigan Athletic.

Latterly of Zamalek in his homeland, the 29-year-old striker is available on a free transfer having left the club by mutual consent earlier this summer.

Mido was linked with a shock move to Oakwell last week, and it is believed he will sign for the Championship side upon completion of a medical on Monday.
