David Moyes insists he has had no contact from Tottenham Hotspur Football Club.

The men from White Hart Lane are in the market for a new manager, having decided to part company with Harry Redknapp in a controversial move last week.

Moyes, who celebrated ten years in charge of Everton earlier this year, is the favourite for the vacancy, but he insists he has not been contacted by Spurs.

"There has been no contact,” said the hugely popular Scottish coach. "I hope I can fulfil all my ambitions at Everton, but you never know in this game."
