Robbie Williams has signed a new contract at Plymouth Argyle Football Club.

The defender becomes the fifth player to accept new terms with the League Two club, where he is now tied to until the summer of 2013.

"Towards the end of last season, Willo came in and did very well for us," Argyle boss Carl Fletcher told the club's official website. "He was a good member of the defensive unit.

"He's someone who knows what we're doing and what we're about. It's great that players want to be here and want to do well. It's exactly what we want."
