Raul Meireles could be on his way out of Chelsea this month.

The Portugal international has only been at Stamford Bridge for a season, during which he helped them to FA Cup and UEFA Champions League glory.

This, though, doesn’t appear to be enough to have saved his future at the club, as Roberto di Matteo looks to reshape his options ahead of next season.

It is believed Italian side Napoli are willing to pay £8million for Meireles, and this is a price the Blues are prepared to accept for the 29-year-old midfielder.
