James McPake has sealed a permanent move to Hibernian.

The 28-year-old enjoyed a loan spell at the SPL side last season, and he has now left Coventry City to sign a two-year deal with the Easter Road side.

"It's an honour to play for Hibs again," said McPake. "From day one, I felt at home at the club and I developed a special relationship with the supporters.

"I'm excited to be part of what will be a new-look Hibernian team and I'm looking forward to playing my part in bringing success back to this football club."
