Swansea City have not made an approach for Edouard Duplan.

After an impressive debut season in the Premier League under Brendan Rodgers, the Swans will look to progress further next term under new coach Michael Laudrup.

It has been suggested that the Dane is keen on Duplan, but whilst the Liberty Stadium club are aware of the Utrecht winger, no approach has been made to sign him.

"We haven't submitted any bid to Utrecht,” chairman Huw Jenkins said. "As a club we're aware of him but he is only one of a host of players that have been mentioned."
