Everton have entered the race to sign Tomas Sivok.
The Czech defender is currently plying his trade for Besiktas, but his contract at the Turkish side has expired although they remain hopeful of extending his stay.
Sivok, though, has options for a fresh challenge next season, with both Everton and Fulham willing to offer him a free transfer move to the Premier League.
And it is believed David Moyes is in pole position to land the 28-year-old, and the Toffees boss hopes to conclude a deal for the player before the end of next week.
