THE PRC IS A JOKE!I just visited the PRC weitbse. They claim to have an online discussion forum but in no way is this true. Instead, the site sends you to an eServices page that tells the viewer that if they want to post on the forum they have to register and login with myPRC as well as abide to their rules like no slander or libel, so on and so forth But, after clicking the link to view the discussion forum you are sent to a Citizen's Charter Selection. You have to choose central or regional. After doing so you're brought to a Citizen's Charter template (PDF file). This document contains a formal Feedback/Survey Form which you need to print out and turn in to the PRC by person or possibly send by mail. THERE IS NO ONLINE DISCUSSION FORUM AT THE PRC WEBSITE! It's possible that the PRC personnel misspelled the word forum and meant to place form .Also, try registering with their myPRC login and see what happens It just sends you to a page that tells you that the online application for walk-in examination is temporarily unavailable . It is NOT an online account registration with the PRC! I wonder, how many years has this message been posted there?Thank you PRC for being so very professional. Maybe you should just completely remove your Core Values and vow to us that your Performance Pledge will NOT be adhered to by your staff.
