Stoke City are set to make a move for Charlie Adam.

The Scotland international has only been at Liverpool since last summer, but it is believed he has an uncertain future under Brendan Rodgers.

The new Reds manager is willing to listen to offers for the 26-year-old, who is thought to be interesting Fulham and neighbours Everton.

However, Tony Pulis is also an admirer of Adam, and the Stoke manager hopes to lure him to the Britannia Stadium by making an offer of around £5million.
