Real Madrid would love to take David Silva from Manchester City.

The midfielder was wanted by Los Blancos during his time at Valencia, but they were beaten to his signature when City signed him for £24million in 2010.

Silva has established himself as one of the best talents in the Premier League, and he helped the Blues win a first league title since 1968 last season.

Although he still has two years left on his contract, Real remain interested in the Spanish ace, and could even make a bid for him before the 31 August deadline.
