25-year old, twice-capped Scotland winger Chris Burke has moved from Rangers to Cardiff City

"I think he thought he was going to Birmingham, but there was a hitch at the last minute, it fell through and we stepped in," said boss Dave Jones.

"I hope he brings the pace, skill and delivery that he has got."

Burke moves on a free transfer. He was out of contract at Ibrox in the summer.
