Mancini to replace Scolari at Chelsea?

Roberto Mancini is in pole position if Luis Felipe Scolari loses his job at Chelsea Football Club.

A crushing 3-0 defeat at Manchester United has further increased the pressure on Scolari, who only replaced Avram Grant at Stamford Bridge in the summer.

Reports of a dressing room split has surrounded the Londoners in recent months, and now reports in Italy claim Mancini is in pole position to succeed the Brazilian coach.

The former Leicester City forward has been out of work since losing his job at Inter Milan in the summer, and he is believed to have spent much of the time since brushing up on his English.

Scolari needs to fix up to be honest. I think that we should get Zola back, if we get Zola we also get Clarke and he as been our mising link because since he left we are not communicating well at all. Also if Zola and Clarke are the Manager and Assistant the fanswould absoleutly love it, a Chelsea legend is Zola and i think based on this reason the atmosphere would be better. We don't need money and those bloody glory supporters piss me off.

Jose was the best coach. Scolari practically doesnt know wat he is doing, when he"s down he cant recover.

The missing link here is Steve Clark, I don't think we realize how important he has been as an advisor to various foriegn chelsea managers, bring him back and Zola as his assistant and there will be a rapid improvement!

hello chelsea fans out there. the main problem abt scolari is that once we r down in a match,he doesnt really knw wat 2 do.more precisely once he is lost,he's lost 4eva tru out d match.am begining to v a retink abt calling on jose mourinho 4 he is the best coach in the world.

Scolari is the worst coach i had ever seen...tactically he is zero.He doesn't know haow to communicate to the players rather he keeps mute and continue to talk to himself.Chelsea is now facing the music by firing Jose and Grant and will contnue to dance to the music if scolari is not fired,,,Scolari is a national team coach and not a club coach that is why he has be fumbling and wombling....To be frank,he is the worst coach in the EPL this season and will eliminate Chelsea totally in all competetion if not fired.

we have seen that scolari mission to chelsea is to eliminate us, are the boards waiting for more Israeli airstrike in gaze before they fired him.

It will be my greatest Joy to see Mancini take over from Scolari,he has proved to be the worst coach my beloved Chelsea has ever wanted.He made us to lose our Stamford bridge unbeaten run,losing so many vital point to take over Liverpool. He must be fired Before Thursday noon.Send him back to brazil all, he want is a samba dance with the Brazilian girls.

Can we not get Jose back: please! Look at Inter, flying high and playing as a committed team. Lets hope that Roman is not going to sell us down The Thames! My best to all fans in these troubled times, I fear for the Summer what with Roman seemingly uninterested in us, if he doesn't get is check book out to pay for the day to days shortly, then The Bridge might become a housing estate.
