Gabriel Agbonlahor reckons Aston Villa Football Club can finish in the top three this season.

The Midlands club are just two points behind Chelsea and Liverpool in the Premier League table, with all three clubs having 22 games on the board.

"Sometimes you look at the table and think it's a bit weird being up there," Agbonlahor told the Birmingham Mail. "Maybe a couple of months ago we would have thought Arsenal will go past us.

“But now we have a really good chance of getting fourth. I don't think we are looking any higher but still you never know as everyone seems to be dropping points at the moment.

"You look at the table and see how tight things are and I wouldn't have thought Liverpool or Chelsea can afford not to look over their shoulders."
