Spurs boss: No one likes Palacios...
...playing against them, according to his new boss at Spurs, Harry Redknapp.
After completing the £14m signing of Wilson Palacios from Wigan, a delighted Redknapp said:"We need to improve the squad and that is why I was interested in Palacios.
"He will come in here and get after it and play aggressively. He will work and close and run. I feel that we need a bit of that around the place.
"Palacios is a player I have liked since I first saw him, and he has the ability to go on to become a top, top player.
"I just like the way he plays. He is an all-round modern midfielder - he gets after it, he is box-to-box.
"I speak to people who have played against him, like Frank Lampard, and no one has had an easy game against him. He is after you all the time.
"You can have your life on (Jonathan) Woodgate, (Ledley) King and (Michael) Dawson. (Didier) Zokora's an aggressive player, but I just felt we needed one or two more.
"They used to sing, 'We are Millwall, no one likes us, we don't care'. Well, maybe it is Tottenham now."
