Daniele De Rossi has ruled out signing for Manchester City…full-stop!

The mega-rich Premier League side have been linked with a summer move for the Italian international, but the player insists there is no way he will quit Roma for the Blues.

“I am too much in love with my team, this is the most important thing, and it will be so forever," said De Rossi. "This is beyond Manchester City and several sheikhs.”

This snub from De Rossi comes just a week after AC Milan idol Kaka turned his back on a potential move to City, where he could have earned a reported £500,000.
