Defender Izzy Iriekpen has completed a move to Bristol City.

The 26-year old moves until the end of the season after leaving Scunthorpe United by mutual consent.

"If I can get into the team and start playing well then it will work out for me and the club will benefit too," he told the club's website.

"I've been here for a week and the lads have made it easy for me to settle in and the manager's been great to me."

"It's a deal that works out for both parties."

Iriekpen began his career at West Ham before moving to Swansea City and then Scunthorpe in 2007.
