Newcastle United Football Club will renew their interest in Kieran Richardson at the end of the season, according to reports.

The Magpies failed with a cheeky bid for the Sunderland winger during the winter transfer window, believed to have been in the region of £5million.

However, reports suggest the St James Park club remain keen to land the England international, and will improve their offer to £7million.

Since leaving Manchester United Richardson has endured frustration with injury, but he has made 22 Premier League starts this season.
