Tottenham Hotspur Football Club are plotting a move for Armand Traore.

Harry Redknapp signed the young fullback on loan for Portsmouth at the start of the season, when he was full of praise for the player.

'I've seen a lot of Armand. I've watched him a dozen times, he's a fantastic young talent in my opinion,” Redknapp was quoted as saying in August.

”I'm sure will go on to be a French international. He's a top young player. The lad can play left-back, he can play wide left, he can play left wing-back."

Reports on Clubcall suggest Spurs will table an offer of £6million for Traore at the end of the season, although Arsenal are sure to try and resist selling one of their bright young stars to their arch-rivals.
