Julien Faubert could be set to return to West Ham United in the summer.

The France international endured a torrid debut season in England last term, with injuries wrecking his chance to shine in the Premier League.

Faubert was surprisingly loaned to Real Madrid in January, with the Spanish giants securing an option to buy him for £5.5million in the summer.

However, the former Bordeaux midfielder is struggling to make an impact in La Liga, and reports suggest he will head back to England for next season.
