Butcher hails Inverness after Ibrox win
What a night for Caley Thistle fans as their side gave themselves a massive chance of avoiding relegation from the SPL with an injury-time winner at Rangers.
"If someone had told me earlier we would win here and get off the bottom of the table, I'd have accused them of having too much gin," said boss Terry Butcher.
"The more the game went on tonight, the edgier Rangers looked. We got bodies in their way and our back four and goalkeeper were strong.
"It means a hell of a lot to us. With the Scottish Cup quarter-final against Falkirk coming up on Saturday, this could be a massive week for us and it could still be a massive season for Inverness."
