Jermaine Jenas hopes to establish himself as a regular first team player for England.
The Tottenham Hotspur midfielder has made 20 appearances for his country but has only started four times, and this is a figure he is determined to improve on in the near future.
"I love playing for England but I don't just want to be a squad player who sits on the bench every match. I get frustrated," Jenas said in The People. "I think that's a good trait, to be angry at not playing.
"Hopefully, if I put in the performances for Tottenham Hotspur, and the results improve, I'll get my chance with England."
