Michael Owen will play a part in the big weekend clash with Hull City, but whether he starts has not yet been decided.

The striker's long awaited comeback from an ankle injury comes at a time when United are embroiled in a relegation dogfight.

"Michael will be involved," caretaker manager Chris Hughton told the Evening Chronicle.

"We have not made a decision on whether he starts yet."
