Nolan ‘100%’ confident of Newcastle United survival
Kevin Nolan believes the old ‘too good to go down’ argument applies to Newcastle United.
A 3-1 defeat to Arsenal on Saturday leaves the Magpies two points adrift of safety in the Premier League, but Nolan is sure they have too much quality to suffer the drop.
“The lads are up for the fight and certainly, I believe we have got enough in the changing room and I don't believe we will go down,” said the £4million January signing from Bolton Wanderers.
"Even though we are in a sticky situation at the moment, I am 100 per cent positive that we will still be in the Premier League come the end of the season."
