Owen Coyle felt the number of chances his side created meant their win at Plymouth was deserved.
"Their goal gave them a lift and they put us under a bit of pressure but we changed things around a bit and if you analyse that game we had about six clear-cut, gilt-edged chances," he said, after a late winner kept the Clarets firmly on course for an extension to their marathon season.
"Sometimes it's going to be about grinding it out and as soon as (Blake) controlled it on his chest we all felt it was going into the back of the net because we know the standards we have got."
