Chelsea winger Fabio Ferreira has extended his loan spell at Oldham for a further month.

"Fabio has looked bright in training and I've asked him to stay here if he hasn't got senior football to go back to at Chelsea," Royle told his club's official website.

Ferreira has yet to make an appearance for Oldham during his loan spell and has not appeared for Chelsea since joining them in 2005.
