Jason Roberts has demanded an improvement from Blackburn Rovers Football Club.

The Ewood Park side are battling to avoid relegation from the Premier League this season and Roberts, currently recovering from a foot injury, claims this isn’t good enough for the Lancastrians.

"It is not good enough for a club like this to be in the position that we are in," he told Sky Sports News. "We want to get ourselves out of this position and make sure we are guaranteed Premier League football next year.

"We are concentrating on making sure we stay in this position."
